Tracy R. Trent - Chief Executive Officer, Chairman & Co-Founder
As a co-founder of Proximetry in early 2005, Mr. Trent sought to introduce software techniques to make standards-based wireless networks vastly more predictable and robust. Mr. Trent brings more than eighteen years of senior technology experience to Proximetry, with the past ten years focused on wireless and other networking technologies.

Most recently, Mr. Trent was president of the CalAmp (Nasdaq: CAMP) solutions division (through the acquisition of Vytek/Stellcom). During his tenure as president and chief executive officer of Stellcom, Inc., Mr. Trent led a team of professionals focused on the rapid development and integration of mobile/wireless technologies.

Prior to joining Stellcom in 2000, he was the senior vice president and group manager of SAIC's e-Business Solutions organization. In this role, Mr. Trent managed a number of SAIC's emerging e-commerce businesses, including the Automotive Network eXchange (ANX), an innovative networking solution supporting the automotive industry. Prior to that, Mr. Trent was the group manager of SAIC's health solutions organization, which provided systems integration and consulting services to some of the nation's leading health provider organizations. Mr. Trent initially joined SAIC in 1993, serving as the vice president of marketing for its systems integration organization.

Before joining SAIC, he held business development roles at Digital Equipment Corporation and Sun Microsystems with a significant emphasis on support to government and other public-sector solution providers.

Mr. Trent holds a Master's degree in Management of Technology from MIT's Sloan School of Management.

Dr. Walter Buga - Chief Technology Officer & Co-Founder
Dr. Buga comes to Proximetry with more than twenty years of extensive global telecommunication experience with the most recent eight years in design and deployment of converged, wired and wireless, network technologies. He most recently comes from a series of the next generation integrated telecommunication service provider start ups, such as NetStream, where he served as chief technology officer and vp of engineering. At NetStream, Mr. Buga built a "green field" facilities based IP/MPLS based network (spanning US West Coast from Seattle to Los Angeles), softswitch based services, and fully functional network operation center in Roseville, CA.

Prior to NetStream, Mr. Buga held senior management and leadership positions at Bell Laboratories of AT&T and Lucent Technologies, in Holmdel, New Jersey. He was a key member of strategic and advanced technology initiatives. In addition, he held leadership positions at ITU-T, ANSI, ATM Forum and the International Softswitch Consortium. He authored and published multiple papers, tutorials, and presentations delivered at the most prestigious industry events and conferences. For the last ten years, Mr. Buga has served on the Board of the Journal of Network and Systems Management.

Dr. Buga holds BS/MSEE and PhD in Technical Sciences from the Technical University of Wroclaw, Poland.

Jim Arnett - Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Arnett brings over 20 years of strategic finance and operations experience to Proximetry. Before joining Proximetry, he was chief financial officer and vice president of business development for Keylime Software, a venture-funded internet ASP in the website analytics space.

Prior to Keylime Software, Mr. Arnett was chief operating officer of Quake Wireless, a leading provider of equipment and technology to the Orbcomm low-earth-orbit satellite network and vice president of corporate development for TriTeal Corporation, a publicly-traded enterprise software company. Mr. Arnett is also a veteran technology investment banker, spending 14 years on Wall Street with PaineWebber and Kidder Peabody.

Mr. Arnett is a graduate of the University of Southern Californina with a degree in Finance and Business Economics.

Michael Boehm - Vice President, Sales Engineering & Client Services

Mr. Boehm comes to Proximetry with more than twenty years of high tech and software experience with five years in embedded wireless products. He most recently comes from ViewSonic Corporation, a provider of digital display and wireless embedded products, where he served as chief software architect of the advanced technology group. At ViewSonic, Mr. Boehm built an advanced product development organization with operations in Taiwan, Shanghai, Seattle and Southern California.

Prior to ViewSonic, Mr. Boehm was chief technology officer of carsdirect.com, a pioneer in both consumer and b2b ecommerce in the automotive space. He was a key member the executive team of the idealab startup and team accomplishments included selling $100M of automobiles in first year and raising $320M in capital. Mr. Boehm also was founder and chief executive officer of XMLasia, a b2b software company with operations in Los Angeles and Shanghai.

Mr. Boehm holds a bachelor's degree from Northwestern University and advanced to Doctoral Candidate in the Stanford Graduate School of Business Ph.D. Program in Organizational Theory.

Carlton O'Neal - Vice President, Marketing & Business Development
Carlton O'Neal comes to Proximetry with over 20 years experience in telecom marketing and operations. As a WiMax pioneer and leading spokesman for broadband wireless issues worldwide, he currently holds the position of vice president of marketing and business development for Proximetry, Inc.

Prior to joining Proximetry, Mr. O'Neal was vice president marketing for Alvarion and before that vice president of marketing and sales for Ensemble Communications, where he helped build the WiMAX market from its very beginnings going back to 1995 starting with Texas Instruments and Bosch Telecom. He began his career with Southwestern Bell and Octel.

Mr. O'Neal holds JD and MBA (Summa Cum Laude) degrees from Southern Methodist University and a BSEE from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
